replacing amt.dll file

Hi,

There is a software which is downloaded and to use free version in the same software folder there is a file which has to be replaced in there and it has (amt.dll)

When tried to run the application got a message (Secure APlus) as untrusted file.

Can someone help please whether safe to use this file in this away and allow it from APlus.
