
1. In the search bar type cmd and select run as administrator

2. stop diagnostic policy service by typing net stop dps in the admin command prompt and pressing enter

3. once that is complete type sfc /scannow in the admin command prompt and wait for it to finish. one finished you should see a message in the admin command prompt saying that the repair is successful then you are done.
I previously deleted radardt.dll and radarrs.dll using everything program and when sfc /scanow was tried without the following steps above it listed the files as corrupt but couldn't repair them but after the steps above all is good.
Note: if the following keys below are deleted this will not work.
