MMC Could Not Create The Snap-in Error

Hi Folks.
I have a problem with event viewer. I have tried the usual google searches and suggestions including Registry edits and SFC scans but to no avail.
I am looking for inspiration before i do a reload of windows or even wait till the update comes. Thanks
