Windows 7 Security update issues

What's up guys !

I have a Windows 7  Dell laptop  that will no longer   find  Microsoft  Roll-ups for the  month of March .  The  laptop will install all other  updates but
won't allow to  find the important   Roll-up

Here's some information

1)  Windows 7  Dell laptop  I5  processor  8 gigs of Ram
2)  Installed January  and February roll-up  but they did not show up in both the update history  log  or the programs/ Security update. Those  roll ups    where downloaded ,  installed  and rebooted  but completely  disappeared ?

3) Tried   Windows 7 update  troubleshooter  with no luck
4) A  March  2018  Roll-up  preview   was  installed   but not the  main March Roll-up which is  KB4088875
5) Installed  Windows "Tweaking" program  went through all the step  for fixing  security  updates.  Cleared  Windows/Softwaredistubution
6) Kasperky   Antivirus  is  installed
7) Checked   the registry  setting to make   sure that it's  set correctly  which it is.  This is  the registry   setting  that must be set   if you are not
installing a antivirus  program on your computer
8)  Uninstalled  all  Security  updates  for  2018, rebooted and then  installed  the same ones including  that March  2018  Roll-up  preview.  Can't go
any farther
9)  Installed Netframework  updates
10)  Laptop  will find and install  things Adobe  Flash and that Malicious malware  security  update ( or what  ever it's called)

Can  anyone recommend a  software program  that will fix problems with Windows 7  security  updates

Any  help  would be very  appreciated
