Change microsoft-account to local with cmd?

I would love to know if this is somehow possible, or with any other tool.

It is no problem to boot something up, create a administrator account, transfer all information, but it would be easier to like not have to do all that. Is there a way to do this, without "reset password" for the actual account and then make it local?
