rdp with different port

hello,
i have a problem.
i have 2 computer in my office with windows 10 pro and i want to use remote desktop (rdp) in my home.
in the first computer it's work perfectly with port 3389 open in the router.
but for the second computer is not work.
i open port 3390 in the router and also i put static ip and it's not work (its work if i put with port 3389).
i have external ip fix
i disable the firewall and anti virus
i change the router too
please need help
